Arch Bishop Benson Idahosa can be referred to as one of the most celebrated servants of God who ever lived in our time. Or should I say in the recent past. Nigeria was and is still being blessed with so many generals of God.

Bishop Benson Idahosa was a seasoned minister who reigned beyond the shores of Nigeria and Africa, it is evidence in his burial where colleagues from far and near countries visited with a flag representing theirs countries.

The bishop only lived for 60 years but his works have affected and is still affecting so much lives in and outside Nigwria, he left a mark no minister has been able to erase.

He left very bold foot prints written in the sands of time. The bishop who has been regarded by many as the father of pentecostalism in Nigeria, is also the head and founder the Grace of God Mission International Church.

Arch Bishop Benson Idahosa was born in Benin City in the year 1938, 11th if September but went to be with the Lord on the 12th of March 1998, about 60 years of a fulfilled ministerial works.

His burial was a very colorful one as it attracted people from all works of life, from different countries and of different faces into Nigeria.

Before his death, Bishop Idahosa was the only Nigerian Pastor to have had a congregation of Christians sitting in twenties of thousands, that is, he was the only pator whose Congregation numbered upto twenty thousand.

Bishop Idahosa just like the great Apostle Ayo Babalola Joseph have people visiting his grave regularlu for prayers, people go there and pray believing the God of the generals will answer them quickly or so.
