Nobody Is Above The Law In My Regime – President Buhari's Regime

Nobody Is Above The Law In My Regime – Buhari

The fight for the leadership of the biggest country in West Africa is in no doubts one of the biggest of political fights from around the African continent, and the only two parties that seem to be the figure heads in this fight have never been in agreement with each other and the way one does their thing.
The ruling party, All Progressive Congress, APC and the former ruling party, also can be described as the number one opposition party, People’s Democratic Party, PDP have also been in battle of words, name clings and allegations, much hiked and soiling of their own names.
The latest about their battle happened over the weekend when the People’s Democratic Party called out the ruling party, All Progressive Congress, APC, stating that, they are only focused on looting the country and its treasury, causing further poverty in the country.
The former ruling party also referred to the ruling party, All Progressive Congress, APC as the party whose manifesto is “looting” and nothing more.
But as usual, the ruling party, All Progressive Congress, APC did not pay deaf ears to the allegations and name callings by the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, they fired in their own way with words as well.

Calling the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, the founders of corruption, the ones who ruled in corruption and took it as a way of life for the 16 years that they ruled the country.
The response from the ruling party, All Progressive Congress, APC, signed by the National Publicity Secretary, Yekini Nabela reads;
“The former ruling party PDP does not have what it takes to lament about alleged corrupt practices in the present administration of APC. It is on the record that the PDP is the founder of corruption in Nigeria, to the extent that the evil practices were made official way of life during its 16 wasteful years.”
“In APC’s government, nobody is above the law. The fact that the suspended acting chairman of the EFCC, Ibrahim Magu, is being investigated should send a signal to all those who think and have blackmailed the government’s anti-corruption battle.”
