Report reaching us from credible sources has it that fear looms as family drama in Aso Rock, the Presidential Villa results in gunshots by the aide to the first lady, Aisha Buhari.
The
first lady of Nigeria, Aisha Buhari had gone to visit the personal assistant to
president Mohammadu Buhari, Sabiu Yusufu on Thursday night after his return
from Lagos state ordering him to go on self-isolation in order not to endanger
the lives of those close to him.
The
personal assistant to Buhari, he is a nephew of Buhari, he lives just outside
the gate of the presidential villa had just returned from Lagos where he went
to visit his wife who had just put to bed.
Aisha
Buhari had stormed his resident with three of her children and her aides
demanding him to go on self-isolation for 14-days, but he refused and mentioned
that several persons from the presidency have been coming back from travels,
both from Lagos and other parts of the country and are not asked to go on self-isolation, why him.
The
argument got heated up and as the first lady’s aides tried to apprehend him
fired some shots in the air, but he ran to the house of president Buhari’s
cousin, Mamman who also lived close by and he did not come out as he was said
to have spent the night there.
