1. Dress decently – this is by far one of the reasons rape cases are being recording almost every day in Nigeria and around the world. Descent dressing would lessen and cut the curve of rape crimes in our world today, so ladies please, dress decently.

2. Avoid unnecessary visits – avoid visiting male friends at all time, visit only when it is necessary and only when you have an important thing o do, m advice is, meet in public places instead.

3. Visit at appropriate times – as a lady, you should not visit a male friend or colleague at just any hour of the day, there are times that the body system is highly sensitive to touch, presence and availability of a female gender. Be sure to visit at appropriate times of the day.

4. do not visit a man alone – when visiting a male friend that you do not know well, even if the man is your neighbor, try not to do it alone. Visit men with female friends or male friends. Just do not visit men that you do not feel okay with alone.
